✍ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
* gram flour ( चने की दाल ) 1 Cup
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* milk ( दूध ) 1 Glass
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 1 Cup
* Milk powder ( दूध का पाउडर ) ½ Cup
* dry fruits ( सूखे मेवे )
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* cardamom powder ( इलायची पाउडर ) ½ TBSP
* ghee ( घी )
Method to make gram dal sweet: ( In English )
First take soaked lentils
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and fry the dal after the ghee is heated.
Once the lentils are roasted, let them cool.
Grinding cold lentils in a grinder.
To make syrup, take a bowl of sugar in the pan.
Add 2 cups of water and cook on high flame.
Cook till the sugar melts. When the sugar melts, reduce the flame and keep stirring till it becomes sticky.
Add cardamom to it and mix it and check whether the syrup is sticky or not.
Add ground pulses to sugar syrup and mix well.
Add 2 tsp ghee and mix well, and mix milk powder in it. ( You can also add milk)
Mash it well, Dough is ready.
Take Dough in small portions, add one spoon of milk and mix food color in it.
Make small balls of colored milk, And make small balls of the remaining Dough without food color.
Will fill the colored balls inside the uncolored balls.
Will press and make rolls by hand.
Will put silver work on sweets
Chana dal sweet is ready.
